Regional Operational Plan

Priorities and Objectives for the forthcoming year are set annually by the NEC, and regions are then charged with turning these into operational plans, identifying how each region will achieve the targets it has been set.

2007 Achievements

Looking back at last year's operational plan reminds us of some of the achievements we have delivered during the past year, and what still remains to be done.

The plan for 2008 follows a new format incorporating measures laid down in the 2008 'Framework for Success'.
