Campaigns

Representing and organising members at work will always be UNISON's main concern. However we can't ignore the fact that issues in the wider world affect our members just as they affect everyone else. We therefore campaign for better public services because our members and their families use them as well as provide them. Taking a wider view, in this globalised world of multi-nationals, one issue impacts on another. For instance, environmental issues show how important it is for us to campaign across national boundaries.

UNISON is a democratic member-led organisation and policy is debated and set by your branch delegates to National Delegate Conference and Regional Council.
