Recruit a friend

With over 1.4 million members, our strength is in our numbers. But it's only by continuing to grow that we can achieve our full potential. Even if you can't take a more active role in the union then you can still make an important contribution by recruiting new members in your workplace. Putting up posters on your notice board and handing out recruitment leaflets to new starters is vital if we are to continue to strengthen our bargaining power.
