UNISON believes that Migrant workers need to know their rights and this is the union to join which will help them to defend their rights. Many UNISON branches are encountering an increasing number of cases involving migrant workers, many in the healthcare sector. Such workers often find themselves subject to poor rates of pay and discriminatory conditions.
